The same world that taught you to doubt your body —to second-guess your hunger, feel ashamed of your cravings, and treat your needs as something to control. A world that loads you with pressure, and then blames you for every impulse, every craving, every moment when control just quietly slips away.
My philosophy starts with understanding what truly shapes your eating choices: your brain and your gut, your stress levels, your body’s memory, your daily automatisms, and the culture that taught you to silence hunger instead of understanding it.
And then — reshaping these mechanisms so they finally work with you, not against you.
Because it’s from these systems that cravings, impulses, emotional eating, binges, “slip-ups,” late-night snacking and all those cycles you blamed on your “willpower” are born. All of it is a biological and cultural response — not a personal failure.
And that’s why I understand you.
I know the tension you carry in your body when you pretend that “everything is under control” —even though, deep down, the control around food feels like it’s controlling you.
I know those thoughts that echo in your head:“I should’ve eaten less,”“I should’ve held on longer,”“Why did I lose it again?”
I know the quiet swing between holding it together and letting go —between “today will be different”and “I slipped, so it’s already ruined.”
I know what it’s like when food becomes escape, comfort, or a force that feels stronger than you want it to be.
At one point, I said “enough”and decided to understand why the mind and the body can speak such different languages.
So I went deeper —into the body, the brain, the gut, the microbiome, the habits, and everything biological, cultural and under the skin.
I studied sociology and anthropology, integrated communication, and professional coaching. Now I’m completing my studies in psychodietetics.
But my greatest teachers have always been women —their stories of emotional eating, their fear of losing control, their smallest breakthroughs and those moments when they finally stop fighting themselves.
And that’s why you can trust me —because I know not only the weight of that struggle, but also the lightness that returns when you no longer have to carry it.
Join me if you wish to deepen your connection with how I express thoughts on the body, the mind, and the gentle awareness that arises from self-discovery.
And if a part of you senses it’s the right moment — let’s start the conversation, before you set yourself aside again.
If something in this space feels like it’s speaking to you, reach out.
You don’t need a long message or a perfect story.Just tell me what feels heavy, confusing, or ready to shift.
Write to me and tell me what’s been living in your mind and body lately.
What feels heavy.
What you want to change.
Where you feel lost — or ready.
We’ll take the first step together.
